Track 2 Dialogue
The Foundation for a World in Transition engages decision-makers who may see issues from different angles. Track 2 Dialogue revolves around Executive Dinners’ programs, Special Situations’ programs as well as Special Mediations’ programs that should help reach out to constituencies and build the coalitions necessary for the satisfactory settlement of pending conflicts or issues.
Executive Dinners
The Foundation for a World in Transition arranges Executive Dinners governed by strict Chatham House rule.
A keynote speaker typically addresses an issue that is of interest or that will gain critical importance for members in the future. Following the presentation, dinners give way to an open discussion with the audience of its future impact and subsequent opportunities.
Executive Special Situations Programs
The Foundation for a World in Transition develops a series of Special Situations Programs covering political, economic and/or social transition processes.
Special Situation Programs currently focus on a series of countries in the Middle East and North Africa region.
